What is Sanlam’s policy regarding contacting me via my personal contact details?

Being a member of a Sanlam administered retirement fund, Sanlam may contact you via SMS or e-mail, using your personal contact information.   But Sanlam adopted a commitment in terms of which it agrees to:

• Manage and maintain your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act, and
• Observe a social media protocol in terms of which the fund will only contact you to provide legal and other important information relating to the benefits and services of the fund.
